I'll update if their antispam software disables my account again. I wouldn't advise getting the 2 year plan like I did as they can turn you off anytime their spyware finds "seemingly spammy" stuff. are starting to recognize vpn and deny login until I turn the vpn off.
VPN getting iffy as well, amazon, banks, etc. I paid for a second vpn and changed some accounts back to gmail that I could not afford to lose access to and did not want to remove the added login security. " They did reinstate me quickly but until then I could not access my bank accounts or anything as my login required an email be sent with a login security code as I did not have a cell phone. I wrote them about that and asked who I was spamming then they updated their response to "We have done a further check-up, and we can see that there have been tweaks to our anti-spam system, and thus your account was wrongfully suspended. Since such behavior goes against our terms and conditions, our anti-spam system has disabled your account."I checked and I had sent less than 1 email per day and over 90% to my husband. I contacted them and they said "We have looked into the cause behind your suspension, and we can see from the report that seemingly unsolicited and spammy messages were sent from your account. Protonmail locked my account-not just my email but my VPN as well! I paid for 2 years in advance and still have about 1 1/2 years left.
